Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
